Notice and Takedown Procedure
All users of any part of the Company system are expected to follow all applicable copyright laws. However, if the Company is properly notified of alleged copyright infringement.
It will respond promptly by removing or restricting access to the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, provided that all such claims have been investigated and determined to be valid by Company in its sole and absolute discretion.
